First Crack Coffee Roasters opened in 2019 at 412 Foundry Lane, Portland, Oregon. We roast three origins in small batches and set them down as facts — origin, process, elevation, roast — on a grid you can read at a glance.
The counter is where the catalogue becomes coffee. Come by, read the index, and taste the three straight, no story required.
