Three places, named in full.

A lot is not a mood. It is a region, an elevation, a process, and the roast it takes — four facts, in that order, printed the same way every time. We buy three and we keep them separate from green bean to sealed bag, because a blend is where the paperwork usually goes to hide.

Ethiopia, Colombia, Indonesia. Washed, washed, wet-hulled. Light, medium, dark. If a claim on this site cannot be written as a number or a place, we have not made it.
