We opened in 2019 with a single drum roaster and a rule we have never had to rewrite: publish the numbers, and let them be the argument.

We cup the current lots in the open every Saturday morning. Walk in, take a spoon.

Orders are roasted on the next scheduled day and shipped within 48 hours of coming off the drum.
