Pricing follows the transform, and a transform is one thing: a unique source paired with a unique set of parameters, counted once per billing month. A cached hit is free; only the first render of a given combination is billed, and your originals keep serving even when a plan pauses new transforms.

What happens when I exceed my quota?
Free pauses new transforms while your originals keep serving. Pro and Scale bill overage — $2 per additional 1,000 transforms, and $0.08 per GB of bandwidth.
Can I use my own domain?
On Pro and above, via a CNAME to your Refract endpoint.
Do you store my originals?
No. Each original is fetched from your origin on demand and edge-cached for up to 30 days. Nothing is stored permanently.
